Consent to the processing of personal data
By ticking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data and the sending of commercial communications", I grant the administrator of personal data, the company
Tangen Energies, s.r.o., with registered office at Zelený pruh 1560/99, 140 00 Prague 4, ID number: 14425262, registered by the Registry Court in Prague, file number: C 365446.
(hereinafter referred to as "Administrator"),
in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation") , consent to the processing of my personal data, to the extent and under the conditions set out below.
Současně tímto uděluji Správci souhlas k užití mých podrobností elektronického kontaktu za účelem zasílání obchodních sdělení v souladu s ustanovením § 7 odst. 2 zákona č. 480/2004 Sb., zákon o některých službách informační společnosti a o změně některých zákonů.
